Welcome to the website of the IUCN UK National Committee.

IUCN UK represents IUCN members in the United Kingdom and its Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies.
Its focus is the delivery in these areas, of the IUCN Global Programme 2009-12 "Shaping our Sustainable Future". The contributions that IUCN UK members make to the implementation of this strategy assist in the achievement of the IUCN mission: "A just world that values and conserves nature", and help influence decision-making at the highest global political levels.

IUCN UK also represents the interests of its Members in the IUCN Pan European region. Through this website you can access the latest IUCN UK newsletter, Synergy, get details of membership, see other publications and minutes of meetings, take part in conferences and consultations, find dates for events and read about members and partner’s activities.

IUCN UK welcomes input from you. Please contact the IUCN UK Chair or Secretariat with any observations and questions you may have.

We look forward to hearing from you.
